I was born and raised in Johra, a small rural community in Zoumi, Ouezzane Province, northern Morocco. I grew up ambitious, curious, and eager to discover new experiences, but I also grew up without easy access to the information, guidance, and networks that often help young people move forward.

Opportunities existed. Scholarships existed. Programs existed.

But if nobody tells you where the door is, how are you supposed to walk through it?

For years, I had to discover many things later than I wish I had: how to find opportunities, how to apply, how to prepare, how to build confidence, and how to connect with people beyond my immediate environment.

That experience shaped the way I see my community. I know there are many talented young people in Johra, Zoumi, and other rural areas who have the ambition to go further, but may not yet have the information, mentorship, or exposure they need.

My own journey eventually took me far beyond my village. I traveled to the United States three times to work in international summer education programs. I became involved in regional work with Kusala Institute, supporting language-learning initiatives, and gained experience in international leadership and executive research through Oxford HR. Along the way, I have had the opportunity to meet businessmen, educators, leaders, professionals, and changemakers from different parts of the world.

And I am still learning. Still exploring. Still building my own career.

But now, part of my journey has a new purpose:

I believe deeply in these projects because the children, young people, and women of rural communities do not need pity. They need opportunities. Sometimes, one opportunity can completely change the direction of a person's life.

Today, social media can be more than a place for entertainment. It can become a tool for education, connection, visibility, and even funding for meaningful social projects. That is why I decided to connect this initiative with my podcast and the inspiring stories I share. And supporting this mission does not always require money.

You can support it simply by following the podcast, watching the stories, sharing the content, and helping these voices reach more people. It costs nothing but a small click on your phone, tablet, or laptop — yet collectively, those small actions can help create something much bigger.

Developing a Community Women’s Space, where women can access literacy programs, digital skills, vocational training, entrepreneurship support, and opportunities to connect and learn.

Supporting an international exchange trip for at least 10 students to the United Kingdom and France, giving them the opportunity to discover new cultures, develop their language skills, build confidence, and imagine new possibilities for their future.

Creating the Village Girls Academy, a space dedicated to helping rural girls develop leadership, language, digital, academic, and personal skills.

I recently launched this initiative with a simple belief: talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. Through Global Inspiring Stories, I want to support social-impact projects in the rural communities of Johra and Zoumi, in Ouezzane Province, Morocco, where I was born and raised. My goal is to use the power of stories, social media, and community support to help create real opportunities for children, young people, girls, and women in my village. The initiative will focus on three major projects:
