Three projects. One community. One growing movement

I grew up in Johra, part of rural Zoumi, knowing what it feels like to have ambition but limited access to information, guidance, resources, and opportunities.

From an early stage, I became involved in community service and civil society initiatives, trying to contribute wherever I could. Over time, I also gained international experience through NGOs and organizations working in education, leadership, and social impact. Those experiences taught me something important: real impact is not created by one event or one short-term activity. It comes from sustainable actions that continue to serve people over time and across generations.

But whenever I returned to my own rural community, I kept confronting the same reality: limited resources, few dedicated spaces, and not enough infrastructure where I could apply what I had learned, organize activities, mentor young people, or build long-term initiatives.

That is what pushed me to think differently.

Today, I am using the experience I have gained — together with the audience I am building through podcasting and social media — to create practical opportunities for children, girls, youth, and women in the same community where my own journey began.

The idea is simple: use content to create visibility, use visibility to build a community, and use that community to help fund and sustain real action on the ground.

This is only the beginning. I am ambitious about building stronger initiatives in the years ahead — projects that do not disappear after one activity, but grow into spaces, programs, networks, and opportunities that can continue creating impact long after they begin.
