Many women own smartphones but cannot yet use digital technology confidently for services, information, communication or business.

Education was missed. Ability was not.

Digital literacy is today's basic literacy.

Women may already have valuable skills but lack training, tools and routes to turn those skills into income.

There are few structured spaces where women can learn, exchange knowledge and build community together.

Caregiving, household management, agriculture, crafts and cultural knowledge are real competencies — even when they have never appeared on a CV.

Dar Nsa Douar does not exist because women are lacking. It exists because the infrastructure was missing.
