— THE PROBLEM WE ARE SOLVING

The girls of Zoumi are not lacking ability. They are lacking access.

Girls with morning or afternoon school shifts spend hours each day in unstructured time — not because they are lazy, but because there is nowhere to go. Opportunities exist — scholarships, exchange programs, competitions — that nobody in the village school systematically shares. Technology education, entrepreneurship training, and leadership development are entirely absent from the rural curriculum. Girls graduate with academic knowledge but no practical skills.

The Waiting Problem

The Visibility Problem

Girls spend hours between school sessions with no structured learning space available.

Scholarships and opportunities exist — but nobody in Johra and Zoumi tells girls they exist or how to apply.

The Skills Gap

The Role Model Problem

Coding, entrepreneurship, and leadership are absent from the rural school curriculum entirely.

Girls grow up without seeing women from their community who have built or led something beyond the village.
